Self Love Mirror Exercise | Affirmations & Meditation

Hi Cutie,

I made a 3 minute affirmation video that you can use in the morning while standing in front of the mirror and looking in to your own eyes.

I started using this technique when I was going through difficult times, when I felt lost and everything seemed to be uncertain. I learned that I needed to have my own back. I needed to support myself, to be my own best friend. I needed to learn to calm myself down and to really, deeply, connect to my truth within me.

I learned to align my mind, my heart, my spirit and my body. I learned to connect to me in a way I had never done before. I pray that this audio may bless you in the same way.
