Reprograming your mind - What to expect?

I got you. I have been there. I used to sabotage my own happiness BIG TIME. I was stuck on the same program, repeated the same mistakes, talked myself into fear and guilt, blamed other people for my problems, thought everybody was judging me, told myself I am a looser and always will be - and basically just created a lot of drama and negativity in my life.

I am here to tell you that through consistent practice, you will be able to completely rewrite your mind. You will be able to create a new way of talking to yourself. The course is set up in 5 sections. Each section presents a block that is standing in the way of your Happiness.

Section 1: Desire - What is happiness and where do you find it

Section 2: Limiting Beliefs & Dysfunctional Attitudes - Subconscious beliefs and attitudes that are causing anxiety and unhelpful behavior

Section 3: Cognitive Distortions - Specific Thinking Patterns that are causing helplessness and negative cycles in your life

Section 4: Habits & Routines

Section 5: Content Consumption

What will you learn?

- Understanding how your mind works

- Bringing awareness to your automatic thought patterns that are underneath your dissatisfaction or anxiety. Identifying your unique blocks

- For example: You might have taught yourself/ your mind is wired in a way where you do a lot of ‘‘mindreading’’ - you assume you know what others think of you and assume they are judging you, think you are a looser or look ugly. In Module 1 we will identify those unique patterns you carry that are causing you to feel anxious and unhappy

- Learning techniques for reprograming your mind for happiness, such as: Mindfulness, journaling exercises, affirmations, self-monitoring, meditation and positive self talk

- Daily audios and exercises will be available to you

- After having understood the thoughts and feelings that influence your behavior, we dive in to how to change your behavior

- Aligning your thoughts, feelings and actions

- Implementing changes in behavior that help you live a life thats infused with your true essence, excitement and flow.
